“Any knowledge that doesn’t lead to new questions quickly dies out: it fails to maintain the temperature required for sustaining life.”

Wislawa Szymborska

Glitch is displaying the environmental temperature in changing its color. The transparent spots on the back of the contorted fire salamander are showing the color spectrum according to the temperature set in the code.

Glitch shows 25 degrees Celsius.

The 8 colors are indicating my comfortable temperature in Singapore. It changes in the spectrum of 21- 27 degrees Celsius. A just fine temperature, depending on the daytime and mood – to maintain a good and sustaining life.

Make your own individual GLITCH. The code and the technical instruction is published at my GitHub repository.

Building your own Glitch is quite easy and cheap. See in the picture above the inside of the artwork with the Arduino UNO microcomputer, the temperature sensor (18B20) and the LED (SMD3RGB)
